Requests outside of hours
The online form is accessible at all times however please note that our Customer Access Service is open from 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Online enquiries will be processed within the Customer Access Service's opening times.
For urgent requests, outside of opening times, contact the emergency duty team on 0300 123 6722. Referrals submitted over the weekend may not be picked up until Monday.
